Lyckwids Entertainment & Marketing has been in the music business since 1999 and has extensive knowledge of the entertainment, broadcasting, and new media industries. 

 

SBM formed Lyckwids Entertainment in 1999. Our current client list includes Brilliant Music, Thunder, Banks, DJ Tagboh, and Chocolatte. Apart from securing recording contracts, booking tours, negotiating deals, supervising record production, handling promotional activities, coordinating album releases, and building strategic alliances, Lyckwids Entertainment has also developed creative marketing strategies that have sold albums and song downloads while also generating thousands in NTR.

Directly before the creation of the company, Lyckwids' VP A&R/Artist Development worked for SBM Investments, a startup investment company with an innovative, disruptive business model.

In 2007, Lyckwids began running its record label. Our Artist Discovery & Development team assisted many artists in signing recording and/or publishing contracts. Their duties included planning and executing a variety of strategies to help secure deals for artist clients, including distribution of music and newsletters to key industry leaders, solicitation for song placement in film, TV, advertising, and video games, and global radio promotion.
